Payment Instructions

• If you prefer the PayPal method of checkout, simply use the website Shopping Cart, which is integrated with PayPal.

• All major credit cards can be used with paypal and you don't need to have an account to use their credit card services. This method processes your payment instantly and protects us both.

• Paypal E-Checks will be held until cleared (usually takes around 4 days). Items are only shipped once payment has cleared.

• We will only ship to the address provided with your paypal payment as Paypal will not cover us for lost items if they were not shipped to the address on your paypal payment. So if you want the item shipped to a different address, make sure you change your Paypal Shipping Address before completing the payment.

Multiple Item Purchases

• Make all your purchases by clicking "Add to Cart". From here you can “Continue Shopping”, or you can complete your payment.

• If you purchase different items with different shipping rates.....shipping is calculated as HIGHEST RATE FIRST, followed by $3.00 for each additional item.

• Once you have completed all your purchases, complete your payment by clicking the “Go To Payments” button.

• We will be happy to accept payments through Google Checkout .

• At this time our website Shopping Cart is not integrated with Google Checkout so if you prefer this payment method, please just send us a list of the items you would like to purchase and will be happy to send you a Google Checkout invoice .

U.S. Customers

• We ship items on Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY, so please make note of when your payment is made/cleared.

• - Items paid for from Friday to Monday (upto 5pm PST / 8pm EST) will go on Tuesday's shipment.
- items paid for from Monday after 5pm PST / 8pm EST to Thursday (upto 5pm PST / 8pm EST) will go on Friday's shipment.

• We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item is shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 days of cleared payment, please contact us.

• S/H charges include a material handling fee, cost of packaging materials, etc.
This is not just a postage cost.

• USD$5.95 for the first item and USD$3.00 for each additional item purchased in the same day. This is a flat rate charge for ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.A. regardless of zip code. If you purchase more than one item with different shipping rates, shipping is calculated as HIGHEST RATE FIRST, followed by USD $3.00 for each additional item.

• Average delivery time is 4-7 business days from date of shipping.

• We will only provide tracking information if you have not received your item after 6 business days from date of shipping.

Canadian Customers

• USD$8.95 for the first item and USD$3.00 for each additional item purchased in the same day.

• Orders are shipped within 48hrs (weekends and holidays not included) of cleared / received payment.

• We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item is shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 days of cleared payment please contact us.

• If you purchase more than one item with different shipping rates...shipping is calculated as HIGHEST RATE FIRST, followed by USD$3.00 for each additional item.

• Orders are shipped via CanadaPost "Expedited Parcel" service.

• Average delivery time is as follows:
Local (Toronto Area/GTA): 1 business day.
Regional (Ontario): 1-3 business days.
National (Outside Ontario): 2-7 business days.

• No tracking information provided. We will only provide tracking information if you have not received your item after 7 business days from date of shipping.

• Prices are standard charge for ANYWHERE IN CANADA (including Toronto/GTA).

• NO LOCAL PICKUPS...NO EXCEPTIONS.

International Customers

• USD$8.95 (anywhere outside North America) for the first item and USD$3.00 for each additional item purchased in the same day.

• If you purchase more than one item with different shipping rates ...shipping is calculated as HIGHEST RATE FIRST, followed by $3.00 for each additional item.

Returns/Refunds

• We offer refunds on defective items or wrongly shipped items.

• Please contact us immediately if you receive a wrong or defective item.
