Payment Instructions

• Our shopping cart is integrated with both Paypal and Google Checkout for your convenience.
  
• All major credit cards accepted through Paypal or Google Checkout.
  
• Paypal E-Checks will be held until cleared (usually takes around 4 days). Items are only shipped once payment has cleared.
  
• We will only ship to the address provided with your payment as PayPal and Google will not cover us for lost items if they were shipped to an address other than the one provided with your payment. So if you want the item shipped to a different address, make sure you change your Shipping Address before completing the payment.
  

  Note: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you complete the payment. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the re-ship charge, but we will only re-ship if the item is returned to us. Otherwise, you will have to make the purchase again. Re-Ship charge is $2.00 if you provide an incorrect address.

Multiple Item Purchases

• Make all your purchases by clicking "Add to Cart". From here you can Continue Shopping, or you can complete your payment.

• If you would like more than one of a specific item then just change the number in the “Quantity” box after you add it to your shopping cart.
  
• Once you have completed all your purchases, complete your payment by clicking the "Go To Payments" button.

U.S. Customers

• Orders are shipped within 48 hrs (weekends and holidays not included) of cleared/received payment.
  
• We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item is shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 days of cleared payment, please contact us.
  
• Average delivery time is 3-5 business days from date of shipping.
  
• We will only provide tracking information if you have not received your item after 6 business days from date of shipping.

Canadian Customers

International Customers

• USD $8.95 (anywhere outside North America) for the first item and USD $3.00 for each additional item purchased in the same day.
  
• If you purchase more than one item with different shipping rates ...shipping is calculated as HIGHEST RATE FIRST, followed by $3.00 for each additional item.
  
• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hrs (weekends and holidays not included) of cleared / received payment.
  
• We will send you a shipping confirmation once your item is shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 days of cleared payment please contact us.
  
• Average Delivery Time is 2 - 3 weeks on average; up to 4 weeks depending on Customs delays and postal service of the destination country.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO MEXICO, BRAZIL, OR ANY OTHER SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRY UNLESS IT IS A U.S. TERRITORY!

Returns/Refunds

We stand behind our products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly give you a refund or replace the item for you at no charge.

You must contact us immediately (within 2 business days of receiving the item) if you receive a damaged or defective item.

We may ask you to provide us with a photo for proof of the damage in order to save you from having to return the item to us.

Please allow us up to 5 business days for returns/refunds to be processed.
